I cannot play any game when I am in the lobby?

If the play button disappeared, the reasons are all related to responsible gaming: 

  • Did you take a cooling-off period at PepperMill Casino?  Once this period has expired, you will automatically regain access to all of our games. However, during the cooling-off period, you can still access your profile, here you will also find when the cooling-off period started. 
  • Did you opt for self-exclusion through the Gaming Commission? This will partially block your account. In this case, you can no longer play but the access to your profile remains active.
