I can't find my deposit in my transaction history. How do I know if the deposit went through?

No need to worry since all deposit attempts are tracked by our team. Please note that there can be a delay in the deposit. 

In case the deposited amount has been debited from your bank account and you have already been waiting for more than 15 minutes without any update to your wallet. Please provide a bank statement showing the date and time of the transaction and send it to our customer service team.
