My winnings were not added to my balance.

The winnings should normally appear automatically on your balance. If this is not the case, please contact our support. If you were playing a tournament, your winnings will only appear after the tournament has ended. 

If you have won money while playing a casino game but your wallet has not been topped up, please send an email to support@peppermillcasino.be with the following info:

  • Date and time when the problem occurred
  • Name and stake of the game where the problem occurred
  • Your play balance at the time of the problem
  • A screenshot of the error message you received
